My LRE Dosen't Work.

Is the Phone Cable Connected to the LRE?

• Connect the phone cable from the wall jack to the back of the LRE. See the table below to make sure you are plugged into the phone jack in the right place if you are in WMSA.

Is the Ethernet Cable Plugged Into Your Computer?

• It should be connected from the LRE to your computer.

Is the READY Light Off?

• The ready light should be on to indicate that the device is working properly. If it's not on, there could be a problem with the signal that's comming to the LRE or with the LRE itself. Either way, it would be good to contact us.

Is the ETH Light Off?

• It's quite possible that the computer is not connected to the internet and it's not the LRE's fault. Check your internet settings and you might want to check our virus and spyware page out.

Is the POWER Light Off?

• The LRE won't work unless it has power. If the power light is off the device is not getting power. It could be the cord or the device itself. Also note that the some of the outlets are controlled by switches in the apartments.

Are the Lights Fine?

• It is most likely not a problem with the LRE. You might want to che ck out the Internet page and contact us.
