Pop-up Blockers

There are several pop-up blockers that could be blocking the compose email window in Pipeline. Yahoo, Google, and AIM just to name a few legitimate ones(non-spyware). But, the most common pop-up blocker to cause problems is the IE pop-up blocker that comes packaged with Service Pack 2. For the compose email window to go through, you must disable the pop-up blocker for Pipeline. Sometimes even holding the ctrl kepy down and clicking works, but that only works sometimes.

Disabling the Service Pack 2 pop-up blocker

Go to:

1. Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up blocker settings.
2. At the Pop-up Blocker Settings window type luminisweb.harding.edu in the "Address of Web site to allow" textbox. Click Add.

Disabling the Norton Internet Security Web Assistant

1. Login to Pipeline.
2. On the Web Assistant toolbar, uncheck "Block popups for this site"
